Soccer Development Program
We are a soccer development program with a curriculum focused on fundamental skills, drills, and teaching the basics of the game. Our program blends fun with an educational approach, highlighting the importance of ethics and understanding the rules of soccer. We believe children excel when provided with clear boundaries and a strong grasp of the game.
In early 2024, we launched group clinics and after-school programs. With the support of the Junior Development League, we now have the opportunity to form a team, continuing our focus on foundational skills, as well as physical and mental development.

What is Evergreen Premier About?
Evergreen Premier Soccer Academy is an academy of development for players ages 5 -12. Our classes teach technical, tactical, physical & mental skills that young athletes need to succeed in the game of soccer and life. Serving Bellevue, Newcastle, Renton & the Tukwila Area. We provide private location, low player to coach ratios & a proper soccer education - that's the biggest difference.
Our Coaching Director & Director of Soccer, Coach Kai, brings 20+ years of extensive experience from playing professional soccer and receiving elite certifications overseas. He understands the fundamentals, mental and physical requirements young athletes need to reach the next level. In addition to developing soccer skills, we emphasize the proper ethics of the game and the importance of teamwork.
Our Executive Director Coach Matt brings 20+ years of extensive experience in after-school programs and recreational soccer coaching. With strong connections to the local community, he creates an educational and supportive environment for young athletes to succeed and forge a pathway forward.
In addition to our training, we will participate in the Junior Development League and Local tournaments during the Fall and Spring seasons. This league provides an excellent introduction to soccer and tournament formats, featuring 7v7 & 9v9 play with goalkeepers. Players will have the opportunity to try all positions to discover their best fit on the field.

Coach Kai brings extensive experience and knowledge to the fast-paced soccer industry. He has introduced a flexible and engaging curriculum designed for youth athletes to learn and enjoy the game of soccer. By focusing on fundamental training and fostering a mindset for both enjoyment and competitive play, he ensures each child can reach their full potential. His passion lies in providing adaptive training that enables every player to perform at their highest level.
Coach Matt - Executive Director
With over 20 years of soccer experience in youth, high school, after-school programs, and recreational coaching, Coach Matt is currently working in the tech industry and pursuing multiple business ventures. He has partnered with Coach Kai to share his passion for soccer, believing it offers far more than just a game—it’s a way of life.
Their shared goal is to inspire young athletes to stay active while also learning valuable life skills through soccer, providing them with a path to excel on a larger stage.

Additional Education: With the support of Dr. Mat Park, Sports Psychologist (https://drmatpark.com/), Evergreen Premier has developed a Mental Performance Certification program. This program will train coaches to understand the fundamentals of mental performance training within the game of soccer.
